Thabo is an experienced Organisational Development and Change practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the field and related disciplines. In addition, he has developed complementary experience in strategy research, facilitation, and crafting. His skills set combination has laid a solid foundation towards offering ‘fit for purpose’ solutions to various clients over the years. Over the years, his skills have evolved through operational, tactical, and strategic focus/exposure. Thabo is unquestionable at a stage in his career where his analytical, integrative, and conceptual skills are ready to be deployed and expanded broader within diverse industries, to help in ensuring an integrated approach to the change dynamics facing our country and different organisations. Thabo is also involved in community development projects, supporting NGOs in improving their institutional capacity. He is also involved in various projects as a Social Facilitator, the major focus being on rural development projects, which range from facilitation of capacity building programs for rural communities and community mobilisation in support of infrastructure projects. Batande Ngamlana: B.SocSci (UCT), PDM (UCT), CLDP (WBS) is a Managing Executive at Strategic Partners Consulting and in also is an Independent Management Consultant. He has more than 13 years of experience in HRD/OD and Consulting. He has specialised in areas of performance management, organisational design, capability development, stakeholder management, people management, and rural economic development. Prior to embarking on the entrepreneurial journey and setting up Strategic Partners Consulting in 2013, Batande has acquired broad experience in leading corporate sector organisation spanning the FMCG; Financial Services/Insurance; Management/Business Consulting; and Mining. He has worked extensively in large scale business transformation design and implementation projects including shared service organisation, strategic sourcing, post-merger and integration, regional finance shared services, business continuity management, high performance culture organisation, leadership development, culture transformation, change management, human resources, team performance improvement and optimisation.

Millicent is a dynamic and result orientated professional with 18 (eighteen) years working experience gained in the Information Technology (IT) and Project Management environments. Her expertise were developed in the procurement, business development and project management, of which the latter I have 8 (eight) years’ experience gained in corporate, non-profit organization and medium sized businesses. Millicent have excellent administration and organisational skills, high level of accuracy and excellent in multi-tasking. Proactive and able to work under pressure while remaining focused to delivery dates and targets. Millicent has proven to be analytical, with advanced communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism and discretion and have a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines. Millicent is also particularly good at giving attention to details. Millicent has considerable experience in project delivery which has provided her with valuable knowledge of how to effectively manage responsibilities as per set targets. Over the years, Millicent has enhanced her abilities in managing administrative staff teams, and herself being an overall effective team player while remaining dedicated to maintaining high quality standards.
